Returns and Refunds
- We hope you enjoy our products, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products we offer a 28 day returns policy from the date you receive your delivery.
- You have the right to inspect the product and if after inspection you wish to return the product please do so ensuring there is no damage to the product or its packaging.
- Items must be returned in a resellable condition and in full original packaging. Used products cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty by both parties.
- Goods for return must be despatched to us within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return them or within 28 days from the date of delivery, whichever is the longer.
- All goods will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
